I feel like I post these clips with Hunger Game references entirely too much, but these are just too good to pass up. Especially the one on the bottom right.
I needed this right now. So much stress of finishing up classes and trying to figure out how to get someone to hire me for an internship in the fall is just too much. I needed some inspiration today!
Change this to “for the right person” instead of “for me,” and this could not be more appropriate right now. I am having to put all of this into God’s hands because I clearly have no idea what is going to happen and I know He already has a plan.
I’ve known Rudy since I was about 13 and he is really such an inspiration. I met Cody when he was about four and I was one of the first ones to teach him how to swim. I remember being asked by his parents if I could get in the water with him for a few minutes to teach him some of the things I know, and now he is going to do greater things than I ever did! So blessed!
Most pictures you see of 9/11 are ones of people covered in ashes or shots of just the building itself engulfed in smoke. This one is so out of the ordinary. Everyone in the picture, except for one of the men on the right, looks completely unaffected. Like it doesn’t even matter.
This is one of the last known pictures of the Titanic. I think that the haphazard layout of the frame, how it is kind of off center and carelessly taken, only adds to the spookiness.
This looks absolutely hilarious! I love Jason Segel and Ed Helms, so I’m expecting it to be pretty funny. I went to see Dinner for Schmucks, starring Steve Carell and Paul Rudd, a while back expecting that to be really funny as well. It did have funny parts, but the unnecessary raunchy scenes completely overshadowed all the positive aspects of the movie for me.
Seriously, this is why I love photography. Without these pictures the story of Army Staff Sgt. Robert Bales allegedly shooting and killing 16 innocent civilians would be just words on a website. Words can’t describe what a picture can tell in a split second.
If it weren’t for all of the magazine, newspaper and literally every other media outlet coverage we have on the royal family, no one would care at all what Kate Middleton wears. I admittedly love her, so thank you, visual media. Thank you very much.

I have mentioned Julian Bialowas before and how much I am obsessed with his work. While I don’t really have the money to buy all four of these books, I plan to eventually. There’s something about having a hard copy of something instead of just a PDF file of it, so I’m definitely saving up the $24 for the real versions.
